Linda Irwin
Professional Leader
Linda is an experienced professional leader and part of the Pioneer Kids ownership team. She supports a semi-structured, child-led approach that promotes inclusive, equitable learning opportunities for all tamariki.
Grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and embracing multiculturalism, Linda champions culturally responsive teaching that reflects the diverse identities of our community. She values strong partnerships with whānau, recognising them as essential to each child’s learning journey.
Angela Steers
Centre Manager
Angela is an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for providing quality care and education to young children. As the Centre Manager, she is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
Tracey Irwin
Accounts Support
Tracey is an experienced administrator who supports our Centre with all things accounts, including fees and funding. Although she works behind the scenes Tracey plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly and is always happy to help whānau with any account-related queries.
